Bending machine parts maintenance rules

Bending machines are pided into manual bending machines, hydraulic bending machines and CNC bending machines. The hydraulic bending machine can be further pided into: synchronous torsion axis, machine-to-liquid synchronization, and electro-hydraulic synchronization. The hydraulic bending machine can be pided into two types according to the movement mode: the upper movement type and the lower movement type.

Before performing the maintenance of the bending machine or cleaning the machine, the upper mold should be aligned with the lower mold and then put off and turned off until the work is completed. If you need to start or other operations, you should select the mode manually and ensure safety. The maintenance contents are as follows:

1. Hydraulic oil circuit

a. Check the oil level of the fuel tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, check it. The oil level should be filled with hydraulic oil below the oil window.

b. The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;

c. After the new machine is working for 2000 hours, the oil should be changed. After every 4000 to 6000 hours of operation, the oil should be changed. For each oil change, the fuel tank should be cleaned;

d. The system oil temperature should be between 35 °C and 60 °C, and should not exceed 70 °C. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration of oil quality and accessories.

2, The filter

a. The filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned each time the oil is changed;

b. The machine tool has other alarms such as alarms or oily impurities, which should be replaced;

c. The air filter on the fuel tank is inspected and cleaned every 3 months, preferably 1 year.

3, Hydraulic components

a. Clean hydraulic components (substrate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system and not using detergent;

b. After using the new machine for one month, check whether there is any deformation at the bend of each tubing. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the joint of all fittings should be tightened. Shut down when doing this work, the system has no pressure.
