1, Laser molding:

The performance is also very good, suitable for structural verification of the prototype.
SLS laser rapid prototyping has high precision, high speed and relatively low price, and the adoption mainly includes ABS and nylon.
2, CNC Machining:
This is the most mainstream processing method for current prototype production. It can use almost all materials such as: plastic (ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, POM, etc.), hardware (steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, zinc alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, etc.), or plaster, wood and styrofoam. It can do almost all kinds of structural prototype (models), such as: mobile phones, televisions, air conditioners, telephones, microwave ovens, induction cookers, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.
3, Silicone complex mode: (also known as vacuum complex mode)
It is suitable for the production of small batches of prototype. The process is to use a mother board to make a silicone mold first, then pour it into a liquid epoxy resin finger (such as PU), and then heat it to solidify it. Finally, you can take out the same prototype from the silicone mold (model). ).
4, Low pressure infusion:
Low pressure infusion is relative to high pressure injection molding. The material used is still epoxy and the pressure used can reach 30-50 kg/cm2. Therefore, it is much better in terms of physical properties than the silicone compound mold (vacuum mold) product, which can reach 80%-90% of the physical properties of the injection molded product. Its characteristics are the same as those of silicone compound molds, and its dimensional accuracy is not high. It is not a real plastic. The batch size is suitable for 5-50.
5, Rapid mold: simple mold
It is to mold the formal mold as it is after simplifying the structure. Then plastic injection molding processing, and then machined by CNC, in order to achieve the requirements of the drawings. Therefore, the simple mold is an organic combination of the mold process and the machining process.
